Welcome to THE Siebler Family History Project.   The collection was started in 1991 and currently contains over 700 photographs and artifacts.  Information on 2,025 individuals with 553 surnames spanning 10 generations is also contained in the genealogical database.  To browse the collection simply click on any of the names or pictures listed below and you will be taken to a page created specifically for that person.  You can also work your way through the web site by using the index.  You can even search the entire site for specific names, pictures, or information.

Try starting with William Siebler and read about his journey to America.  Find out where he met his first wife, Magdalena, and get acquainted with their 12 children. View pictures of them and read about their lives in Cornlea, Nebraska.  Then discover why and how William met his second wife, Hattie.  Meet their 6 children and learn about work and play in Aurora, Nebraska.

When you climb horizontally across a family tree it seems like the number of relative branches grows exponentially.  The Siebler Family is no exception to this rule.  To accommodate this additional information a page called Aunts, Uncles & Cousins has been created.  There you can view information about others in the family who are not direct descendants of William.  The most recent addition to that collection is a video vignette entitled In Memoriam.  It is a tribute to the life of Lillie Kohtz.
